  • Collections

Inbound bank transfer, card, virtual account, and payment-link activity on one overview.

  • Virtual accounts

A primary merchant account plus per-customer accounts in NGN, USD, GBP, or EUR.

  • Payment links

Fixed or flexible NGN amounts, optional expiry, and a URL you can share.

  • Settlements

Pending settlement on the overview, then batch history you can download as CSV.

  • Payouts

Single or bulk transfers to Nigerian bank accounts, with saved beneficiaries.

  • API & webhooks

Live and test keys, webhook events, and request logs inside the merchant workspace.

Product

A merchant workspace, not a stack of payment tools

StockBill is the dashboard merchants use to collect, track, settle, and pay out — with verification gated to CBN KYC requirements.

  • Collect in the channels you already use

Bank transfer, card, virtual accounts, and payment links all land in merchant balance and today's collections.

  • See what is settled and what is still pending

The overview keeps merchant balance next to pending settlement so operations are not split across tools.

  • Move funds out when verification is complete

Payouts, beneficiaries, and bulk CSV uploads live under the same workspace as collections.

Collections

Four ways money comes in

The merchant overview breaks inbound volume by bank transfer, card, virtual account, and payment link — the same channels on the dashboard.

  • Bank transfer and card

Inbound payments appear as collections with a reference, amount, and status of success, pending, or failed.

  • Links and accounts

Share a payment link, or issue a virtual account, and reconcile against the same transaction list.

Virtual accounts

One merchant account, then an account per customer

From Virtual accounts you issue collection accounts against a customer reference, then track inbound payments in the same workspace.

  • Customer accounts

Create accounts in NGN, USD, GBP, or EUR, optionally with an expiry, then track inbound payments per reference.

  • Reconcile per customer

Each account keeps a customer reference and label, so collections are not mixed into a single shared number.

After collection

Pending settlement first, payouts after verification

Until KYC is approved, the overview holds pending settlement separately from merchant balance. After verification, settlement batches and payouts to Nigerian banks unlock.

  • Settlement batches

Reports & Settlements lists completed, pending, and processing batches, with a CSV statement download.

  • Payouts

Single transfers, bulk CSV files, and saved beneficiaries live under Payouts — labeled Transfers in the page itself.

Developers

Keys and webhooks sit next to the rest of the workspace

API & webhooks and Settings → Developers are where merchants generate Live or Test keys, subscribe to payment events, and review request logs. There is no separate public docs site yet — the workspace is the integration surface.

  • Collections request

Developer settings preview a POST to /v1/collections with amount, currency, reference, and customer email.

  • Keep going

The Developers page walks through authentication, webhook events, and the request log shown in the dashboard.
